The Dietetics Department at Narinder Mohan Hospital & heart Centre strives to establish and encourage good nutrition practice and provide good nutrition care to the patients and normal individuals. |

The department has a dietetics team consisting of four expert Dieticians |

The dietetics team provides high quality dietetic service to the hospital patients. |
 |
Diets are provided to the patients according to diagnosis of patients |
 |
The Dieticians remain active in patient's care and keep reporting the nutritional status of the patients as well as act as adviser to the Physicians and the medical team. |

The Dieticians present a nutritional assessment of the patients that may include information specific to ideal body weight, history of weight loss, pertinent laboratory values and anthropometric measurement. |
 |
The diets are provided to the patients based on Science of Nutrition. |
 |
The Dieticians remain in touch with the patients and visit them twice daily. |
 |
The Dieticians help the patients understand the nature of the disease and the dietary influence and its management. |
