Registration on an OPD basis shall be based on your request for a check - up for particular ailment / condition / consultation.
You can request for a specific physician for consultation and if no such request is made, you will be assigned a competent physician of the requested medical specialty by the Registration Clerk. Registration Clerk will inform you of Location of the Consulting room for the concerned doctor.
If the Physician you requested is not available, you can choose to consult an alternate physician and if not the Registration Clerk will inform you of the next Consultation hours for your consultant.
On your consent to consult a physician, you need to deposit the consultation fees fill in the following documents:
OPD Registration Card: This is to record your particulars like name, address etc.
On completion of the formalities you will be guided to the consultation room.
On completion of the consultation, you may:
Be guided to any of the Diagnostics for any required tests; in this case the attending Nurse will direct you with Doctors instructions to the right department. Note: Payments for any tests to be conducted need to be made price to proceeding to concern department.
Be guided for immediate admission as an In-patient if your doctor feels you need immediate in-house medical attention; in this case the Attending Nurse will direct your case history to the Registration Desk for processing as In-patient and transfer you to your choice of room. Note: A Security deposit needs to be made with the IPD billing Department prior to your admission.
Be given a prescription for any medicines if required and may be ready to leave
